David has led on research and development initiatives in this field, developing digital forensic products as well as national training for CT Policing. Dave was also instrumental in assisting national analytical work to create profiles to focus CT activity targeting nominals and cargo at Border locations across the UK.
He has coordinated ground breaking operational activity targeting ERW activity, working in collaboration with a range of partners to identify and mitigate risk, navigating legal and technical barriers.
